Returns & Exchanges
All products are made to order and for that reason we do not offer returns unless the product is defective. However, we do offer exchanges for your order if you would like the same product in a different size and/or color. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping in order to send the product back to us and we will cover the shipping when sending the new product to you.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at contact@chicagoboatinghub.com within 14 days of receiving your order to address any damaged products.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons. Exchanges on other products are accepted.
